  1. Wonderful tips! It is so important to get that weight bearing exercise in for so many reasons. I also find it pretty amazing that we start having bone loss by about 30 years old, and lifting weights helps build bone. That’s something we really aren’t taught! There are so many reasons to do it beyond even the wonderful aspect of it helping us to look and feel so much better=)

  3. I am 52. I do cardio and strength training 3 times a week.

    I see other people over 50 years of age who are not in good shape and actually look much older. 50 is still young in my books.

    Cardio and strength not only prevents you from losing your strength prematurely, but it also helps to keep you looking younger.
