Convenience foods are extremely harmful for our health, but due to our chaotic lifestyles that dominate in our rations. Most people get enough caffeine without these pills – from tea and coffee. Fast food cafes didn’t change our lives for the better and if we add sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy sleep to it, we will get quite sad image of modern human’s life. All these factors spoil our bodies and provoke overweight.  Beware of ‘healthy’ foods that can ruin all your efforts when you are fighting extra pounds. Such foods are, for example, granola bars, containing much sugar, which can cause hormonal changes causing weight disorders.  You should pay great attention not only to WHAT you eat, but also to time and the quantity of meals. Our brains work a bit strange especially when it comes to the food choice. If you don’t like onions, for example, you will never feel hunger when you look at them. Supposedly, you will even feel disgust, whereas looking at your favorite fried bacon you will feel starving. Gourmet foods will be a perfect way out for you. They are usually served in small portions, but the variety of foods on one and the same plate is amazing, not to mention their appetizing look. Small portions eaten more often than usually will help to normalize your metabolism, which is responsible for your weight.
