In the 80&#8217;s they were known ascholesterol bombs but later we found out there is good plus  bad cholesterol and eggs of course have the good kind. They might be high in fat but your body needs to find 20%-30% of your calories from fat for a healthy metabolism so don&#8217;t be scared of eggs! Your fitness routine requires them.</p>
<p>A brief plus  easy breakfast can be createdwith a minute of prep time plus  about 5 mins of slaving over your stove. These meals don&#8217;t take long but is enough to begin  your day off right giving you lots  of protein plus  energy to get you to your mid morning snack or lunch.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s start with a few of the essentials to make great egg scrambles. Buy yourself Omega 3 eggs. These chickens are actually fed a diet high in omega 3&#8217;s so that they lay Omega 3 eggs. If that is the way it works shouldn&#8217;t we be feeding chickens gold? (Has anyone attempted this)? Each egg has around 200mg of Omega 3&#8217;s so I highly suggest you find these for your kitchen. Grab your favorite vegetables. I advise that onions, red and green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach. Pick out a fat free or low fat shredded cheese that you will keep handy in the fridge. And last but not least a pan and some non-stick cooking spray.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the list to make it easy</p>
<p>1. Omega 3 eggs<br />
two . Vegetables (Red and Green peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, anything)<br />
3. Fat Free or Low Fat shredded cheese &#8211; any flavor will do</p>
<p>Preheat your pan to medium heat and add the diced vegetables &#8211; any combo</p>
<p>Sautee for about two -3 minutes and while it&#8217;s cooking mix two  whole eggs plus  two  egg whites into a small bowl. Mix it up with a fork or whisk and add a bit of salt and pepper to taste.</p>
<p>Once your veggies have cooked to taste add the egg mixture plus  cook while folding ¼ cup of cheese in. This is enough to only going to  a couple minutes and it&#8217;s done.</p>
<p>Throw this on a plate with a piece of Ezekiel toast and a grapefruit and you will be in a positionto start your day with energy and in fat burning mode! The veggies will put in fiber, vitamins, and is enough to slow down the digestion of the food and the gastro emptyingspeed of the calories. This is a great way to regulate blood sugar plus  give steady released energy while burning fat. Using these fibrous vegetables won&#8217;t add anything significant to the calorie count so add as much as you want. The more veggies the healthier.</p>
